Contact
To ask about a painting, collecting or a commission, use the form or write to gosedhuiyin@qq.com. I reply by email.
An enquiry is not a sale
Writing through the form or by email opens a conversation. It does not reserve a work, create an order or an obligation to pay, or transfer ownership. Availability is confirmed in writing.
Price, delivery and commissions
Price, payment, packing, shipping, insurance, inspection and returns are confirmed in writing before a sale. This site collects no payment details. For a commission, we agree on size, direction, budget, timing and delivery before work begins, and while painting I keep my own independent judgement.
Copyright
Copyright remains with TINA by default. Owning a physical work does not include the right to reproduce, adapt or use it commercially; any licence is agreed separately in writing.
