Collect less, explain why, and give every enquiry a clear destination.
When you submit a collecting or commission enquiry, the site collects your name, email address, optional city or country, works of interest and message, and stores them in Cloudflare D1. Hosting and content-delivery services may also generate basic security and access logs.
This information is used only to read and reply to enquiries, arrange collecting or commission conversations, maintain site security and, where necessary, meet transaction, accounting or legal obligations. A restricted email binding sends an enquiry notification to the studio’s designated QQ mailbox.
Do not use the public form to send identity documents, card details, health information or unrelated sensitive information. Payment, shipping and formal transaction records should be handled separately after identity and channel verification.
Enquiry records are deleted automatically twelve months after submission. If a formal transaction follows, necessary information is moved separately into the transaction record. Use the contact email below to request access, correction or deletion.
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregated traffic statistics only on the production root domain and is not used for advertising profiles. The site host, D1 database and email service may process information in locations where their infrastructure operates.
