Collecting and commissions

A clear way to collect

The work, price and delivery are agreed first, so that a personal connection can become a confident collection.

01

Original paintings

Works shown on this site may be requested as a hand-painted oil commission by TINA or as an open-edition, made-to-order fine-art print. Medium, dimensions, price, delivery time, changes, returns and commercial licensing are confirmed in a written quotation or agreement.

02

An enquiry is not a sale

Sending a shortlist or form begins a conversation. It does not reserve a work, create an order or payment obligation, or transfer ownership. Availability is confirmed in writing by the studio.

03

Price and payment

Final price, currency, taxes, payment stages, payee and receipt arrangements are confirmed in writing before a transaction. The public form is not used to collect card details or other payment credentials.

04

Packing and delivery

Packing, service area, carrier, insurance, freight, customs charges and timing are agreed according to the work’s dimensions, destination and the services actually available.

05

Inspection, cancellation and returns

Different terms may apply to originals and commissioned works. Before payment, the studio will explain colour variation between screen and object, inspection, transit damage, cancellation and return terms. No particular rule should be assumed before written confirmation.

06

Commissioned work

Before work begins, the parties confirm dimensions, direction, budget, timing, revision boundaries, milestones, deposit or payment arrangements, cancellation terms and delivery. The artist retains independent creative judgement.

07

The work and copyright

Fine-art prints are open-edition and made to order. Copyright remains with TINA by default. Collecting a physical work does not automatically transfer rights to reproduce, exhibit, adapt or use it commercially; commercial licences require a separate written agreement.
